I hope there is something here that useful, entertaining and informative to
anyone who loves Prints and Printmaking. I've included things that reflect my
interests, with links to other sites that deal in more depth with other subjects.
Most of the prints shown are from my own idiosyncratic collection, lending
support to the adage that 'a fool and his money are soon parted'. Sadly, none
are for sale. I've tried to show things at a resolution that makes it worthwhile
loading them. A 4k smudge may be quick to download but is no use to anyone!
This is the author in one of his more reflective moments, pondering on the
finer points of life and the role of the intaglio print in modern art. Click on
the picture to indulge in my latest ruminations ('Blah!') on the subject......

sorry Bill, it's time the little people had a go. Best viewed at 1024x768, or at least 800x600 with your
browser set to 'full page' view. Main images are big, so things will be slow without a 56k modem. Sorry.
The number of links is expanding exponentially but I still aim to keep them
as direct and as relevant as possible, and not include them just for the sake
of it. The extinction rate is tragically rather high, so don't blame me if they're dead!
As of Nov 2002 I have scrapped a few things, added lots more gallery images and shuffled
things round a bit.
Now that I have a decent digital camera I can upload some of my bigger prints.
There is still a lot to do and a few broken links/incorrect legends. Sorry.
Sorry, no graphic site wizardry and gimmicks here, I've spent too much
of life already waiting for pages to load to subject you to that as well...
